Bar Intern

Our client is looking for 2 Interns to join their Bar Department, supporting beverage service and day-to-day bar operations. The role is ideal for energetic, guest-focused individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in bartending and hospitality service, from assisting with drink preparation to delivering attentive, friendly service at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, cocktails, and drinks to guests
2. Set up and stock the bar area before service, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies
3. Take guest orders and provide friendly, attentive service at the bar and in assigned areas
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and storage areas
5. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and re-ordering
6. Follow responsible alcohol service and age-verification policies at all times
7. Support event and function bar setups as required

1. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2. Friendly, guest-focused attitude with good communication skills.
3. Basic knowledge of beverages/cocktails is an advantage but not required.
4. Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol under local regulations.
6. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Training & Placement

All candidates will undergo 1 month training and the successful will later be absorped.
