Restaurant Intern

Our client is looking for 2 Restaurant Interns to join their Restaurant Department, supporting food and beverage service to ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience.The role is ideal for personable, service-oriented individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations, from taking orders and running food to handling guest requests with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide attentive table service.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
3. Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings.
4. Assist with food running, plating checks, and timely delivery of orders.
5. Handle guest questions, special requests, and basic complaints professionally, escalating where needed.
6. Support opening/closing side-work duties and restocking of service stations.
7. Maintain awareness of daily specials, menu items, and allergen information.

1. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2. Pleasant, service-oriented personality with good communication skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure during peak service hours.
4. Basic food safety/hygiene awareness is an advantage.
5. Physically able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
6. Team player, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Training & Placement

All candidates will undergo 1 month training and the successful will later be absorbed.
