Transport Worker.

Our client in manufacturing industry is looking several transport workers who will be located in Nairobi and will perform the following roles:

1. Transport goods, materials, or equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Follow assigned routes, schedules, and transportation instructions.
3. Conduct routine checks of vehicles before and after journeys.
4. Report vehicle faults, accidents, delays, or maintenance requirements promptly.
5. Load, unload, and secure goods or equipment safely where required.
6. Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, fuel usage, and vehicle condition.
7. Observe traffic laws, company policies, and occupational health and safety requirements.
8. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
9. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other staff.
10. Ensure transported goods and documents are handled securely and responsibly.
11. Perform other transport-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

1. Relevant transport, driving, or logistics experience is an advantage.
2. Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated, where applicable.
3. Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work according to schedules.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
7. Physically fit enough to perform loading, unloading, and other transport duties where required.
8. Well vast with Nairobi routes and its environs.
