Assistant to General Manager - 1 position (Female)

💼 Internship: 6 months, regular employment after passing assessment 📍 Kenya

About the Role

1. Assist the Kenya Country Manager in daily management, coordinate staff arrangements, task tracking, performance appraisal and team building. 2. Arrange manager’s schedule, organize meetings, write minutes, follow up tasks and convey instructions. 3. Assist in administration, HR and external liaison, coordinate relations with government and partners. 4. Complete other assigned tasks and assist in overall local business operation.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above; outstanding candidates can be bachelor’s degree. 2. Major in Administration, Business Administration, Public Management; study experience in China is preferred. 3. Fresh graduate or within 2 years working experience. 4. Strong coordination, communication and document writing skills; proficient in office software; able to handle emergencies. 5. 1-2 years of experience as assistant to GM/executive or team management is preferred. 6. Must hold HSK certificate or other professional qualifications. 7. Under 25 years old, obedient, punctual, professional and with strong confidentiality awareness.
