Survey Enumerator
About the Role
1. Conduct in-person surveys at assigned locations 2. Accurately record responses using digital data collection tools (Google Forms, KoboToolbox, ODK, or tablets/smartphones) 3. Clearly explain survey objectives and maintain professionalism while engaging respondents 4. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information 5. Achieve daily survey completion targets 6. Report field challenges and observations to the field supervisor 7. Ensure completeness and accuracy of collected data
Requirements
1. Prior experience in field data collection or survey administration is an added advantage 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to speak English and Kiswahili fluently 4. Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for digital data collection 5. Must own a smartphone and be willing to use it for the data collection activity 6. Good internet accessibility and basic digital literacy 7. Good attention to detail and accuracy 8. Professional conduct and customer engagement skills
